Creative Arts Therapy and Counselling Studio
Darna: /Dah'rnah/ an Arabic noun that means "Our Home".
The name Darna embodies our values and philosophy for this space and practice. Darna is a safe haven for anyone looking to shed the versions of themselves that no longer serve them, where we welcome and embrace each individual's uniqueness, inviting them to a state of safe vulnerability, sense awakening and mindful existence.
At Darna, it's a collaborative work where we construct, deconstruct and reconstruct our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, a place to experiment and grow through different arts and counselling modalities.
The "Home Body" is an identity, a community, and a sanctuary of hope and transformation. It's a sensation of belonging, support, and understanding that transcends boundaries and brings us together to ourselves and each other.
